- Lift 109 (“the “Attraction”), located at Battersea Power Station, London (“Site”) is owned by Battersea Chimney Lift Limited (“BPSDC” or “we”), a company incorporated at St Paul’s Gate, New Street, St Helier, JE4 8ZB, Jersey with company number 13175504 and registered at Level 5, 20 Fenchurch Street, London, United Kingdom, EC3M 3BY. For all payments made via this website, BPSDC will be the responsible contractual party. The Attraction is operated on behalf of BPSDC by International Management Group (UK) Limited (“the Operator”), a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 00946580 and with registered office at Building 6, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5HR.
- We set out below the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) that shall apply to: a. your entry to the Attraction b. any purchase of Tickets (as set out below).
